When I checked my bank account it says the money went to Boweenad, I have no idea what that is. I found the website online when searching for Keen shoes. They had no phone number or email address so I put my phone number and email address where you asked for it. I found a customer service area where I could send them an email, and I emailed them two or three times asking for any information when my order would ship. I ordered the sandals on June 13th, each time I sent the email from their website, the email wouldn't go through. The page just turns white and sits there, I got no confirmation when I ordered, and they had no phone number to contact them, and now when I try to go back and check on the website it just says it's unreachable and now my phone blocks it and says it a malicious link. When I ordered, it DID have the lock up in the left side of the search box.

When my order first went through, the website said my order went through, but they never sent me an actual confirmation email. I'm not sure what other information you need, please contact me by email with further questions.
