Same as shared above. Fell for the FB ad and never looked at reviews. Shame on me! Cheap shoes. When I demanded a return, they said I had to pay shipping to China.

I have had the same experience others are describing about this company. I fell for their Facebook marketing. Never again. I have reported this to Facebook as they should be concerned about these types of fraudulent companies marketing through their platform. I have reported this company to my charge card company and to the better business bureaus as well. I am sorry I fell for this scam!

I responded to an offer on Facebook for a pair of shoes I thought were made by Keen. I paid almost $60.00 for them. When I received the shoes they were very poorly made and were not even worth $5.00. I sent a request for a refund. Their response have include the following: request another pair of shoes for a price of these shoes, or return them to China paying the shipping. The second offer I received was to get 10% of the price back without returning the item. I am sure the shipping cost would be much higher than $6.00 and if I accepted an exchange, I am sure the shoes would be inferior product as well. This is a scam! The company is marketing a product that makes you believe you are getting a name brand product at a reasonable sale price, but in truth you are getting a very inferior product and very unsatisfactory return policy.

Watch out for this company!!! Shoes are very cheaply made, good only for show and not walking!! These shoes are advertised as comfortable, good for your feet, with lots of "ortho" talk and diagrams. Refund policy states that they have to have made a mistake for a refund, so there is not a good solution if the quality of the shoe is so poor! When I complained, they did finally offer a refund if I paid for the return. Well, now guess where you mail the return? China!

So, it's a $49 lesson to me to stick with known companies that stand behind their product and want happy customers.

I should have known better than to buy anything I saw on Facebook again! I thought I was dealing with an American company since the addresses are in NJ, but it another Chinese company selling their crappy stuff. I paid $57.00 for a pair of shoes that turned out to be everything but what was pictured and described. SCAM!

Shoes ordered were of poor quality and were inferior plastic uppers. The sizing was much wider than a medium shoe would ever be if found in stores in the U.S. I emailed the company about how to receive a refund. I was told if I wanted a refund the shoes needed to be returned to Yiwu, Jinhua, China! I read everything on website (FAQ, terms of service, shipping & delivery and About US.). Nowhere does it indicate I am dealing with a Chinese company. NOWHERE! I was told they would give me a 20% and I could keep the shoes and give them away. It amounts to

I saw their shoes advertised on Facebook and liked them. I ordered them and when the shoes arrived, they were cheap imitations that did not look like their picture online. The shoes sent could not even been worn as they are cheaply made. I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card as a Not as Described situation, however, since no other shoe company will write a letter stating that the shoes I received were from a scam company, I lost my dispute. I had a shoe store review the product and the online website and verbally stated yes, this is a scam company and is located actually in CHINA! I paid $67.98 for a pair of shoes that are most likely worth $8.00. The merchant stated they would give me 1/2 credit since they are located in China and I could not send the shoes back due to the high cost. I asked for a credit slip and credit of $33.98 but have not seen a credit as of 1/12/21. I purchased the shoes back in Sept 2020 at https://keenwalk.com/collections/boots/products/water-premium-shoes. I am so disappointed in this and now look at all online companies on Facebook as a scam company from China.

I agree with previous reviewers. The product was not as pictured or advertised. The color was not as pictured. The "shoes" that were advertised as having arch support were like plastic slippers. I emailed to arrange refund within the allotted ten days. They did not respond within the 24 to 48 hours that their website indicates for follow up. Two days later, I sent a second email requesting instructions for the refund process. Another two days later, I sent another email indicating that in the absence of refund address information, I would send them to the address on the package. Almost one month later, they emailed saying that had emailed me previously and could not offer refund because the shoes were not returned to China. I requested a copy of the email they supposedly sent previous. The follow up email ignored the request for proof and reiterated that they could not provide a refund. I suspect they have a deal with the distribution center to send returns like mine to the next unsuspecting customer. I am out the $67.98 purchase price plus $11.60 for shipping to the distribution center, the only address available within the ten day limit.

Defective Shoes sent, not even in a box. No response attempting to get a refund. No phone number and when I wrote a “scam alert review” it was not posted. It appears to be a Chinese company with multiple US addresses used (after some digging).
