I ordered shoes from keenys.com and was sent a complete different pair of shoes. After contacting the company to return the mistaken goods, they have not offered to refund the items, saying that they sent shoes that are more popular and stylish. They are not anything close to what I ordered. The goods they sent are also counterfeit as well. They also overcharged my credit card as well from the original price
