Ordered a sweatshirt. Said 20% off. Invoice on site was correct but bank card charged more. Contacted them and refunded difference. Shirt tracking said came from China. Package arrived in Chicago and when received in mail had address of Aaron Wang 3711 S Ashland Ave Chicago Il 60609.

I received t-shirt instead of sweatshirt

Sent pick of shirt received and what I ordered. They are asking for more information in forms I am not sure I can provide. Also asked if colleague helping me? Not sure who that would be.

Concerned they won’t make exchange and people are being told one price and charged more on bank card. Worried that card may be compromised
