Caller to ScamPulse.com public line reports searching for a Corgi puppy online, landing on 'Keifers Corgi Home' site, and communicating back and forth with alleged breeder. Breeder indicates being located in Watertown, MN. ScamPulse.com staff did quick investigation with caller still on phone -- determined no such business registered with MN Secretary of State, website just created on 12/5/23. Images and text on site appear to be copied from other sites / sources. ScamPulse.com advised caller not to proceed.
