The gentleman listed above has stolen the information and photos off the MLS (multi listing system) on a house that is for sale. He is advertising the home as a rental and asking for the potential renters for money. Telling them all the same scam that his wife wanted to sell the home, but it's not for sale and that they want to rent it. He then send them over his information as "proof" of being a legit rental. I have tried to take the post down several times by reporting it to Craig's list but the home gets posted again and people continue to call.
