Type of a scam Online Purchase
..The response gave me no new information and stated what I already know! This has been going on for over a month and I’m angry and have grown tired of the situation! It’s clear in their responses, that (they) have no plans on refunding me and I’ve made it clear what I was wanted but even you guys were asking me questions that I personally answered on the phone and through email which has also pushed this date back! I get they have time to respond but where is it okay to take money for a product that you know you don’t have and then instead of informing the customer..they send whatever they have in their warehouse even though it’s not what you ordered! Now I’m literally fighting them to get my money back for a purchase they shouldn’t have allowed to clear if they didn’t have what I ordered! The URL from the original purchase no longer works and I wonder why? Pretty much the seller told me and I have the emails to prove it, that they knew it was wrong but they didn’t care and sent me what they thought I should have for the money I sent and that’s what made me upset and angry because why should I be punished because they took my money! I told PayPal I thought it was a fraudulent transaction and this was a bad business practice if they as a company are gonna send what they want and not what’s ordered!
