Followed a facebook ad on marketplace to their website. Adding products to my cart and paying went smooth. I then received my confirmation email which stated what I purchased, how much the total was, and confirmed my shipping address. It stated I would get an email when it shipped.
For a few days I was able to click into the email and press "view my order" and it would pop up but by the 3rd day it showed the website no longer exsisted, nor the "visit our store" option. I then proceded to contact the support email listed but after 48 hours I had still not heard from them regarding what happened.
At that point I contacted my bank and shut off card access they had incase they attempted to charge me again. The bank suggested trying again through the support email and giving the company a week to reach out before disputing the charges. It has now been over a week and I am currently on hold with my bank to file the dispute.
