Online website for women's apparel. Christmas order on 11/27/22. New website. After 2 weeks of promised delivery, I contacted them at least 6 times via email. They dragged me along with excuses like its holiday time and busy. Also, that their product was in high demand, and it's stuck in LA port. Fake tracking number and information also. After January 1st I requested a refund. None was ever given. I receive no email response. I googled the Kelkong again and I discovered many others were scammed by Kelkong. I received an unrequested ring that is also part of this scam from Seattle, WA warehouse. I tried to send the ring back, but they refused it. It returned to me 2/18/2023. I have contacted my credit card company and they are trying to get a refund for me. I told them to warn others. This is the purpose of this report of Kelkong.

It started with an online advertisement with great unbelievable prices to offer for women's apparel, shoes, jewelry, handbags, etc. A lot of items were also advertised on many other "reputable" websites at lower prices; so I actually trusted and believed they're okay to purchase products.

Consumers... please be aware of dirty, disgusting scammers like this "Kelkong" company in China. They create greed and mistrust in the average American consumers.

I was on UTUBE and an advertisement for an online company Kelkong popped up as a cyber Monday online clothing company. I clicked and went to the website and spent 60 dollars. I gave them my address for shipping, credit card number for payment. Hours later my daughter googled Kelkong and a page of of how this business is a scam came up. They have no phone number and the email is bogus, no address. PLEASE get this scam taken off the internet. I don't understand how they are advertising when they have scam reports online.
