Facebook link to Keller Boutique said to be in Leavenworth, WA. Looked like a legit store front in town. Picture of the family owning business standing in front of said store front. Ordered 2 tops, on sale, free shipping. Hwy 2 had been washed out in December flooding so thought supporting them would be positive...and didn't think it unusual that they were experiencing volume driven delays, espescially in light of a recent "family tragedy". Received several subsequent emails of thanks and attempts to sell more clothing. Then a final email stating items had been shipped. When I didn't receive the product I attempted to contact them via email, via visiting store online, and tracking the package. All attempts resulted in non-existent store, email and tracking #.

Keller Boutique. On-line scam according to your web site. At a time when Leavenworth was experiencing flooding they were asking for support to stay in business.

I have just now disputed the charge with my Citibank Visa.

They pretended to be a business that wasn't a real business Keller Boutique in Leavenworth Washington I ordered a sweater and a pair of boots never received the item but would constantly see an email stating it was on track
