I ordered from the website www.kellerboutique.com (KellerBoutique.com). I ordered a sweater and two pair of shoes. The emails and website claim it is a small family run business in Leavenworth, Washington. The credit card charge shows it as being SP Keller Boutiqu, WY 82011 USA. For two weeks after ordering, I received multiple updates assuring me that my order was "in good hands," "in progress," and "to be patient with our small business." I have heard nothing since. Emails to [email protected] were not responded to, and then they started coming back as undeliverable. Going to the website or the shipping link now results in an alert that the site is not secure and could result in data being compromised. I lost $178.88.
