Dear ******* I am ****** Benson.
We’ve got an open vacancy in the department and I would like to offer the position of Logistics Manager to you.
In order to do this you need to have desire to learn, personal computer or laptop with stable Internet access, and permit to work in the USA.
Please reply to this letter if you are interested in this position and we will reach you to schedule a phone interview.

Today I got another email stating the following.

My name is David Willson, and I'm HR manager in Hurdlehoul LLC.
We’re delighted to extend offer of employment for the position of Logistics and Trade manager
