I was in contact with a person on facebook for an apartment lease and asked me for security deposit to view the apartment. All transactions made through cash app. In the end i felt unsecured about the transactions so i cancelled it and asked for a refund the same day i did all the cash app transfers. But now even cash app refused to do something about it and the person doesnt want to cooperate anymore too. I just want to report this situation to make sure cash app will not allow people do transactions without proper identification just in case something like this happens. I dont even know if the person i had transaction last time real name.
