Kelvin Sawyer is s scam. His website Pugpuppies.com is s fraud. He requested gift cards #1 #2 $850.00 paid in form of America Express gift cards and to take pic of both sides of cards and send via email. BHe then states via email he will prepare papers for shipping pug with his so called nanny. Well after a day I emailed as to where the documents are. Always had an excuse. By now I know he scammed me. The cards were cashed as I called the number on cards as I had originals. So I emailed him again and he states his nanny won't be back till later that evening and the shipping carrier (Cargo Winget) wasn't open bon Sunday. Ok so I contact him again and told him I want my dog delivered per contract or refund. Didn't hear back for hours. Then all of a sudden I receive email from this so called CargoWinget stating I I have to pay for insurance in amount of 1350.00. denied. Then right after that I receive email from kelvin stating he needed me to send the money. I email no way

Contract doesn't start such a thing as the 850.00 paid for pug and shipping. Pug was 650.00 shipping 200.00. He had the audacity to email me begging me to send the 1350.00. I responded via email if I don't receive my pug that not only will I contact authorities but I will report him to every website out there who hurt innocent people and takes advantage with these scams. I will not stop until Iget justice. Beware!
