Received a call from a process server directing me to the issuing firm which turned out to be Kemp Campbell Associates. Who stated they were in the process of filing a lawsuit the following week and that if I did not pay now additional fees would be added. They did not give me the opportunity to verify the debt or furnish any verification prior to payment. I don’t even know if I owe the debt but I was so scared and I don’t want to be sued.
