Order a drill and some other tools 1/2020. received sunglasses. We have been trying to get our money back no response from the company. They sent a few emails saying they were going to send the product that was order but nothing! How do we get money back?

We order a drill and other items. 1/2020 we never received the items we order but a fake pair of blue raybans. I have been emailing this company for months. They keep saying they are sending what we order with no resolve. I just want my money back. This is a complete scam!
