I never received an email confirmation of my order - weird. So, after 2 weeks, I wondered if I'd ACTUALLY placed the order. I went to PayPal and saw that the $50 for the order had been taken from my account, NOT to Kendally Bras, but to Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga. Suspicious. Finally, order arrived 3 weeks after purchase date. There was NO purchase form/order form/anything in the package, so nothing indicating the order # (which also should have been sent via email confirmation), no return/exchange instructions, no info on how to contact the company, nothing.
I ordered XXL bras which site indicated were for sizes 38D/40C/42AB. I wear a 40C. The bras are TINY. Literally a size SMALL. I contacted the company who, after making me take and send THREE pictures (shipping label on package, the bras in their packaging, and the bras out of their packaging) said they would refund me 15% (!!!!) of the purchase price. OR, I could send the items back to their warehouse in Asia for a "full" refund/exchange, though I would be responsible for return shipping, which they estimated to be $24-30. BTW, the package came from "Shipping Dept/Dept/5215 Boyle Ave/Vernon CA 90058.
I said that was unacceptable due to the product being mismanufactured/mislabeled/misleading/poor quality. They offered me 20% back. I said this was also unacceptable and I requested a full refund and a paid return label, since they had sent me a product that DID NOT COME REMOTELY CLOSE TO FITTING THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION for sizing, LITERALLY 4 SIZES SMALL THAN ADVERTISED. They said the best they could do was a 25% refund.
I wrote reviews on their Facebook ads AND on their website and these disappeared. Their website only posts 5-star reviews. I am extremely irritated (and feel foolish for buying from this cheap-looking site). I would really like my money back, would like to join a class-action suit against this illegitamate company, would like to see them shut down, and/or prevent anyone else from getting hooked into spending hard-earned money on products that won't work for them WITH NO SATISFACTORY OPTION return/exchange/reimbursement.
