This "retailer" is posing as Kendra Scott, a fine jewelry retailer. They are using exact photos and reviews from the actual company website. What this retailer doesn't explain is that the jewelry is a highly classified knock off brand with cheap metals and plastic "stones". Most importantly, they pose to doing business in Georgia, USA. When in fact the items are manufactured and mailed out from China so if a consumer presses for a return they are stuck having to return item to China (a hassle and costly) or keep the unwanted product and receive a measly 10% refund. I am still fighting for my 100% refund, not sure if I will see it.

This website (www.jewellery4sale.com) has false advertisement of Kendra Scott jewelry. I spent $255.38 on their products and the items that I received were not anything close to what I received. Their policy online states that I have up to 30 days after receiving my items to refund the products. The day I received the false products I emailed them for a return. They tied to get me to keep the items and give them to other people as gifts. I explained to them that the items I received were nothing of what I ordered and I sent pictures of what i received and what I should have received. They did not want to return my items. They tried to bribe me with a $10 coupon for the next order.... I would not accept that. They continued to try to bargain with me and give me different amounts of money as a refund. The most they said they could do is refund $35.00 of my $255.38 purchase because I received a good deal with free shipping.... Their company is running the deal of free shipping when spending over 45.00. I continued to tell them that their policy states that I can return the items for a refund and that is what I am owed due to their clearly written policies. They then told me that their warehouse is relocating so they can not receive returns.... Totally unacceptable. This website is defiantly a SCAM. Come to find out....The exact same site scammed my friend and her sister as well. Please shut down this site and do not let anyone else get taken advantage of.
