They said they were selling Kendra Scott merchandise and it was 70% off so i bought a necklace for $25.00 and they charged me $28.66. I try to cancel my order and they send me the same email over and over stating that they’re selling high class merchandise and that i should contact online customer service.

I ordered this Kendra Scott necklace that I pulled from Facebook. It cost 25.00 which was advertised as being on sale It took a month to come to see he United States. When it arrived, it is junk. The chain broke as I pulled it out of the box.

The scammers mirrored their site to look exactly like the actual Kendra Scott site. I ordered from them. The order confirmation page looks grossly different than ones from the legitimate Kendra Scott company. They charged my account, but never sent the products I believed I was ordering. I contacted the legitimate Kendra Scott company. They confirmed www.kendrascottvip.com is a fraudlent site unaffiliated with their company.
