Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
reached out to customer service
requesting a refund, they asked me to send my concerns about the quality of
the item to them, which I did via email
today. My concern is not necessarily
the quality (the necklace broke the first
time my daughter wore it) but that the company is targeting young girls with a Kendra Scott look alike website and marketing. I will attach a picture of the difference in quality below. The necklace we received is on the left and the actual Kendra Scott Jewelry is on the right.
