Site claims to be real Kendra Scott, clicking on social media icons even takes you to the verified pages. It lead me to believe there was a large sale so I purchased 3 pieces. When the pieces finally arrived over a month later, there were clearly counterfeit and damages. The website claims there’s a 45 day return policy. When I reached out, they are starting there’s nothing wrong with the product. As I persisted due to the product being damaged and sent pictures, they said I can return to China paying my own shipping. I’m more than happy to return the product but they need to pay shipping, especially since it’s overseas, damaged and counterfeit. I do not trust I’ll get my money back. I’ve made over 6 attempts to resolve this issue and they will not provide me with the return instructions.
