When attempting to return company did respond to my emails but wanted to bargain with me about return. First offered me 20% return and suggested I gift the items to someone else. I replied that that was not acceptable and wanted to return for full refund. Their response was “30%refund was the best they can do” and added that I would need to return the items to China and they would not pay for return shipping. Total purchase price was only $75 and by the time I pay for shipping I feel like 30% will be a wash.
They got me and I am frustrated because I know better. The old adage always is true…”if it seems to good for be true, it ALWAYS is”.
