I had ordered 4 necklaces that were supposedly Kendra Scott. Rcvd and they looked cheap and one was missing a gemstone. I had contacted the company about a credit or a replacement for the one missing the gem and they are refusing to make it right and have given me the run around for over a week now. They continue to ask for photos of the items after I have already sent them twice. I have asked for a telephone number several times and they will not provide one.

This merchant is posing as an authentic Kendra Scott retailer Online, but the merchandise is FAKE. They're making it impossible to contact them for a refund once the FAKE merchandise is received.
