I PLACED MY ORDER IN MARCH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!
IVE EMAILED THEM 7 TIMES AND NOTHING! I WANT MY ORDER AND A FULL REFUND! ILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IF I DO NOT HEAR BACK AND SHUT THEM DOWN!
Haven’t received anything back from them
Says my order is ready to be shipped. USPS tracking shows only that tracking number has been created.
Tried contacting the company multiple tikes and I not heard back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. stay away. Order number US14063. This company is a scam.

Unfortunately, USPS operations have been disrupted and are currently backlogged in various sorting facilities in the Midwest Region due to the extreme weather event: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/, so most of our processed orders are facing massive delays and have to wait for local USPS service to pick up and process our packages, which has been extremely frustrating for us. This situation has also caused a high influx in shipping inquiries leading to longer response times, and I apologize for that.

12 days later still nothing! So here’s their next response to my email:

Apologies for the delayed response.
I have just been informed that Mesh Scrunch Leggings is currently out of stock and we don't have the exact information on when we will restock.
At this point, I will give you a full refund on your order since it appears that your order has gone past our 4 business day processing window with no shipping label.
I have processed a full refund on your order. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back into your original form of payment.

You emailed me yesterday that you need the product or the money. Unfortunately, I cannot reprocess your order because the Mesh Scrunch Leggings is currently out of stock and we don't have the exact information on when we will restock.

I waited almost a month and still got no updates. I called USPS and got email confirmation that the post office actually did not receive any packages, they only got notification of a shipping label. I will be reporting the transaction to my bank to dispute the fraudulent charge.
