Was told out BGE utilities would be cut off for non payment, he indicated our financial institution system has a glitch and they haven’t been sending BGE payments and our account has been blocked therefore BGE online website will not updated information and out services are due to be cut off immediately if we don’t pay $1596.00
Contact info Kenneth Hernandez he wanted payment Zelle’d immediately to 929-451-6105 and I needed to text the confirmation to 410-
826-9176
He called from 800-651-9529 verified all account information from BGE we got off the call and then called him back at the same number in which he answered the phone representing as BGE representative and again verified all account information.
I was also called from 2 different numbers ************ *** ************
