Selling pure bred kittens online. Offering shipping etc. Asking for money upfront or reserve money to be deposited into Zelle. Doesn’t give an address or phone number so I can pick up in person.

purchase of 2 russian blue kittens from website, videos of kittens email, lots of texting conversation , after they received the $1300 through Zelle to Brandon Hale. Sent email and shipping reservation -once the fake shipping company Frankston Logistics Inc. 740-402-8603 "received the kittens" they claimed they had to ship in special containers, zelle them $1800 deposit (we did not) and they would refund $1720 immeadiately when cats arrived. Neither website, or numbers were on any scammer website.
