I brought a brand new husqvarna chainsaw in to be fixed, told me the chain was backwards, wrong, I was using it and would have noticed if it wasn’t cutting. They said it was covered under warranty and he would write the warranty for it, they gave it back after 2 or 3 months and said it was a he carb adjustment that is only good for 90 days so they kept it and it run out. So no money I have my chainsaw and it doesn’t work. I bought another 20 in husqvarna chainsaw saw. I had this 10 min. And it broke, I emptied the fuel and bar oil to take it back to Lowe’s. Lowes says no you have a warranty, the same tech that had said it was the fuel in my first one and I said no way it’s husqvarna fuel impossible, got a call and said this guy was wrong it was the carb. That’s the first lie, second he showed me two bottles and said that was mine and he his is ours what it should look like, he lied because we dumped it to take it back to Lowe’s now he is saying I’m lying and he is telling the truth. Now they want $327 for both and are holding them till I pay, they’re both under warranty. My son (14) is a witness to me emptying the chainsaw and that man the tech checked it cold blooded liar
