Consumer received telephone call from Kensington And Associates claiming he had a $1,700 in debt. Threatening him that he will have to go to court. They then tried to attempt to make a payment plan. "Business" wanted consumer to fill out form online. Too small to enlarge or read. Consumer gave debit card number. Consumer lost $40.00 then closed debit card after calling Capital One to confirm that the account number they gave was not real and the accounts he had in the past were closed and not turned over to collections.
