I received a Facebook messenger message from an old friend. I asked her how she was doing and she said she received $250k from the government and asked if I’d heard if the program. I said no and she sent me a link to this Kent Paul sr person. He asked for personal info, which I gave, then told me I qualified and to select the amount of money I wanted. He sent me a chart but all amounts required a closing and delivery cost, $ 500 to get $10,000. O I text my friend, asked her for her phone number. It was an Oregon number but she lives in Tennessee. So I called the number and hit a weird google message. I went back to FB messenger and noticed we were nit friends on FB yet I knew we were. So I found an old message from her and it did show we were friends on that page. So I believed they have hacked my phone and used her info to reach out to me. He sent me a video on this program and I believe it’s all a scam. Attached is his picture
