My husband wanted to order a mower type trimmer for brush,weeds. It was advertized as an open box deal, regularly around 400.00 for 75.00. I told my husband it was probably a scam, but he persisted to order it. I ordered it and right away they sent a thank you, confirmation of order. They also said the shipping info. would come as soon as payment was confirmed. the next day I got a supposedly tracking number that looked suspicious. It also read that shipment could take anywhere from 10-22 days, ofcourse referring to delayed shipping due to covid. I waited patiently for it to arrive,nothing. I looked up company online,got a phone number and address. I called the phone number many times. No return call. I emailed them, complaining. They emailed back a few days later,informing me that the package is on the way,and again the tracking number I can track.They also said the same thing that it takes awhile because delivery delays happening everywhere.I still had hope. Two more weeks went by,still nothing. I tried again, this time threatening, to call US Attorney' s office. They sent another email last week saying that my package was delivered June 4. I was at work, very excited, called my husband to check the front door. NOTHING!!!! I contacted them again. I got another email saying that my package was delivered. Scam!!Scam!!! I can't imagine how many other stupid people like us will fall to this scam. I orderd this product May 10, and it is now June 9. No result. I hope this information will lead to an investigation and nail the criminal so no one else will experience this.
