I ordered clothing products off www.keppal.com. I saw them on Facebook. I paid via credit card. I submitted the order on June 9 and received a confirmation email with the amount of $195.25. I ordered 6 items and received 5. They sent an email on June 21 with a refund of $35.99 (apparently for the one item not shipped). On June 22 they sent an email stating my order was shipped. I received the order June 27 or 28th. I tried on the clothing on June 29th and none of the 5 items fit. I emailed the website on Sunday, June 30 to see how to return the items and request a refund. I received multiple responses stating keep the items and would I accept $30, 55 or $70 refund. Their website says their products are made & shipped from South Carolina, Their response to me said their receiving warehouse is in Dubai, UAE. Help. What do I do now. They misrepresented. their business and won't give me a refund for the items I don't want & will gladly return. The number in their email is Dubai - UAE +852 81990571.

On Facebook the add says made and shipped from South Carolina it came from China. Dresses are to small the add said free returns but they won't take them back and give me a full refund they are offering me only $18.

Keppal's website comes up on my Facebook feed under a few different names but with all the same clothing. They claim that they are US based and there is a "quality guarantee". When the dresses arrived they were not as described and very poor quality. When I wanted to return them, I had to haggle over the course of 3 days with various offers of partial repayment. When I insisted that I wanted to return them, I was told I could only do so if I was to pay the freight to Dubai!! They are taking people's money dishonestly and not at all as presented.
