Kerassentials product did not do what claimed to do. Toe nail fungus did not improve and spread to other toes. Correspondence with "Jeff" of customer service suggested some clients may take longer to see results. Guarantee period passed and still no results, so guarantee would not be honored. Felt like was strung along until guarantee period expired.
