Craft table

On september 2nd i ordered teo craft tables from this company. A few days later I received an email stating they had shipped the package. I was given a tracking number and was able to track it through track718. Today is now september 19th and i received the package only to see that it was usb cords. I have tried to respond to both the email address on their website as well as the emails that was sent to me. It is telling me the email address no longer works. I am overly mad about this and now my daughter will be too.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS! I ordered a craft table in July that was advertised on Facebook. I didn't receive a tracking number, so I responded to the "order confirmation email"received initially sent to me and they responded that it was being prepared for shipping and to be patient and they would send a tracking number soon. Next day, an e-mail with tracking number was received. I tried to click on it to track package, but it just kept "loading" no matter how many refreshed. I figured it was just not in system yet. Continued checking it for few weeks before vacation, same thing. When I returned home, I had a mystery package sent to me directly from China - with absolutely no receipt of identification of what item was inside. It ended up being a knock off child's watch, and I spent an hour trying to figure out where it came from. Then I checked the tracking number they sent me - and finally things were making sense that I had been scammed. The packages tracking number was the same as the number in email received.

I immediately sent an email to the same email address that had responded before - and it was immediately kicked back saying that it is no longer a valid email address. Same thing happened with the "customer service e-mail" listed in the order received email.

This company will take your money, send you some cheap piece of crap and pretend the tracking number is for the item you ordered to save time while they change their contact info and move on to their next victim.

Kerwin store ads are still on Facebook. Since I ordered the craft table in July, they have changed their FB from Kerwin to Kerwin1 (name of page on FB).
