Keshia Jai Collection is an Instagram account based in New York that supplies body butters,lotions,etc for people that have problematic skin like eczema. I was following her Instagram for about a year before I finally decided to make a purchase. She would always post reviews and photos (of her self) and the progress her skin was doing over just two weeks. So I ordered from KJ Collection back in early May. The company took the money off my card within one week of the purchase. I wait patiently because KJ always complains about her shipping company. Next it’s July and I get a text saying my order was being processed. I wait about a week and check on my order and it’s still be processed. I have tried emailing her personal and business page but NO RESPONSE. I have tried asking her to respond to my email through her Instagram comment section; no reply. Just last week I have tried to ask for my money back via email No Response. KJ is based in New York and I’m in California it should never take May through SEPTEMBER for my Lotion to be shipped and it’s still “being processed”. At this point I know I will never see the product and my intuition tells me I’m not the only person she have done this to.
