Placed an order June 8,2018. Processing takes about 14 days. Reached out about my order the first time on June 30,2018. On July 2,2018 the person stated i would receive a tracking number soon, never got one. Reached out again August 3,2018 because I had yet to receive anything. Was told i would get an update the following week on Monday or a Tuesday which would had been August 6/7,2018. Never received an update. August 22,2018, I finally receive an email with an updated tracking number. At this point I’m thinking my package will be here soon enough. Still have yet to receive anything as of October 6,2018. I reached out again September 7,2018 and never received a response. I reached out to the business page on ig on September 28,2018; iamkeshiajai and never received a response. I also reached out to the page I had been writing, Keshiajaicollection; on October 2,2018 about a refund because at this point I’m beyond frustrated and still received no response. I even emailed the customerservice email address listed on June 26,2018 and never received a response. This business is very unprofessional. Onvhoously people are being scammed out of their money. Certain people receive products it seems. And it seems like favoritism is shown to certain people who are okay with waiting forever to receive an order versus people who grow frustrated. If people are spending hard on money on products trying to support your unprofessional business, the least you can do is respond to people, not just ignore them because they reach out to you. You’re supposed to be a business so of course people want there products in a timely manner without you constantly posting excuses as to why products haven’t been received. If that’s the case, seek help so you’re business is ran more professionally. You have a lot of potential, but you can’t knock customers for getting impatient when you have people like me who’ve only ordered literally three items and have to wait going on 5 months for it. I’m sorry about your injury, but at this point it’s feally ridiculous and the fact you don’t respond back to people except when you feel like it and push messages to the back when you feel like they shouldn’t have reached out again makes it even worse. Seek help so your business can flourish.
