A link to this supplement product came up while I was playing a trivia game on my phone. It was endorsed by the Shark Tank TV show and looked very good. The web site offered three pricing option for trying their product and I chose to try one bottle for approximately $62 plus shipping and handling. I then received an email a few minutes later indicating that I was receiving double the order for $129.99. Several emails and phone calls later I was told that I was able to cancel my order by one person but that he would have to call me back and then another few emails later someone else from customer service said that their terms and conditions were clear at the time of purchase and that I could not cancel my order. To add further frustration, when I advised the company that they had not been clear and that I was going to put a stop payment on the charge through my bank, they threatened to then not be able to provide me a refund if my bank sided with them. I cannot find a business address for this company and the two customer service numbers I was provided with through the different customer service emails do not come up on web searches. This company clearly has sketchy business practices and I would advise staying clear of them. I just hope my good relationship with my bank will be of benefit today and that they will honor the fact I placed this order by mistake and did not authorize the double charge to my debit card. Buyer beware! Total scam! Read the fine print and don't do business with this company. Upon further research I also see a ton of reviews claiming this product doesn't work like it claims either. I should have read the reviews first!

So, this business had sent an email to my inbox advising of a product called “Keto 1500” supposedly the product burns weight and put the body into Ketosis at a higher rate.I have yet to receive the product or even the tracking number. To be honest with you, I called the first time because they over charged my card(they charged 185.00) they assured me that I would be receiving the product expedited and that it was a mistake. They claim they couldn’t do a refund but the website says they can give a refund. Once again, They have yet to send the product or even provide a tracking number. When you call them they have lies and excuses. All I want is my money back and to NEVER do business with this company again. When you ask for a supervisor they claim to be the supervisors and are extremely rude. This is most definitely FRAUD! Like I said I just want a refund and I’m going to contact my bank to ensure they don’t try to charge again!
