customer Number: ********. This company ran a scam, claiming the purchase of buy 2 get 2 free for $***** each for the two bottles. When I placed the order, they did not give me a total cost and my charge card was charged $****** under Natural Nutrition Supp on 3/13/21. Their ad was totally miss leading. I tried calling them Saturday and they were not working. I called back today and they are saying they will not refund my money. I tried going back on their website and they must have blocked me bc the email site is saying it is no longer available. They stated in their ad this was Gisele ******* company and used other movie stars to tell about their weight loss.

I received this email offering this product to lose weight ... I mistakenly thought that I had ordered a bottle ... but it turned out that I had ordered 6 bottles at $ 37.50 each ... the next day I started to call customer service to cancel my order ... I explained to you that by mistake I had ordered 1 pack of buy 3 and I got 3 free but I wanted to cancel the order. 24 hours had not passed but they told me that they could not cancel because the system had already processed the order ... the solution they gave me was to wait for the order, test the product and if I was not satisfied with the results, the rest would return to a refund ... but for that I have to wait more than 30 days! ... they only answered one email from so many that I had sent them ... customer service refused to cancel my order ... then since it remains to do? ... I am very disappointed ... I do not understand why they charged the 6 bottles if the supposed offer is buy 3 and get 3 free.

i ordered a bottle of diet pills off there website that said you only have to pay 6.95 and you can try these. i received the product them about 2weeks later i got an alert on my phone and they had taken 89.97 then my phone went off again and they took another 28.71. I called them and they told me that they would not refund my money and they wouldnt send me anymore product well i only received the one bottle that i paid for ahead of time. i even asked to speak with a manager and the gentlemen who could hardly speak english hung up on me. i am now tryn to fight it thru my bank to get my money back and cancelled my card so no further money could be taken off.

this same thing happened to couple other people i no but they didnt report it i am thats alot of money to just throw away
