Website is misleading. They get your credit card information FIRST then proceed to Checkout and show total. THERE IS NO: "check shopping cart", double check order for accuracy, or cancel button so they now have your card information and charge you for a misleading product. When calling Customer Service they tell you they can't cancel the order because its already gone to "Fulfillment". I wrote RETURN TO SENDER on my box upon arrival (never opening it). When you call Customer Service telling them to issue a credit they claim they can't match the returned package with the order. Excuse me: the box had your name, address, phone, etc. on the label and inside they should have their own packing list with an order number. This is not a small amount but is in the hundreds of dollars. This product was promoted by SHARK TANK and all the investors on Shark Tank jumped on board with this. They too are the scammers for such misleading promotions all to make themselves rich. BE VERY CAREFUL OF ANYTHING THAT SAYS "KETO".
