Never refunds money, even though they guarantee 100%satisfaction or refund. The customer service never follow through, it's been over a year of fighting and still no money

I tried the ketobhb pills for weight loss. I only ordered 2 bottles and they sent me 5 and a bunch of other stuff and charged me $200. When trying to return merchandise I had to call them to get my return form. They then proceeded to have me download something on my computer to open said form. Thankfully it was not loaded successfully otherwise they would have been able to get into my computer and get my information. I started to get suspicious and when I pressed him he said that was they only way I could get my refund. When I told him I was going to report him to the better business bureau he hung up on me!

I purchased keto pills on 27, Feb. For $25.00, my credit card was charged 279.99. I tried to cancel the order but they told me to send it back and they would credit my account. On March 9 th I recieved the packages and went to the post office to return them. One package had a tear so to return the package the post office charged me $6.40 to return both packages. I called for my refund a week later and because of the virus I had to email them. I emailed several weeks and final got an email back this week.from James in N.Y. phone number 917-732-0567 or .917-7256686 he transfered me to Steve 916-888-3585 in California. Steve was going to refund my money $280.00. He sent a electronic refund for 1800.00 he wanted me to get 3 $500.00 gift cards at Wal-Mart to refund him off the extra sent to my account. He wanted me to stay on the phone until I got to Wal-Mart. Well I hung up called my bank and the money wasn't in my account. All I want is my refund of $279.99.
