KETO F1 uses ads on FB, and they make false claims that they’re connected with the show Shark Tank, and they offer buy 3 get 2 for $39, and when I submitted my credit card they tried to charge $199, and my bank declined it and sent me a message asking if I had initiated the purchase. I called my bank and told them that they we supposed to charge $39 not $199. So I am getting a new bank card since they have my info. Someone from their company texted me a msg to complete the sale, and I replied back that it was a scam and I am reporting them.

I thought I was ordering for 1 bottle and one free for $59.00 and there was anything to confirm when I hit to pay it came up that I bought for $59.99 which I thought was my initial payment and there was a separate fee of $199.00 and the 59.99 was for another product. I emailed to support @totalclentconnect.com immediately. They came back and said sorry for the confusion. You selected our 5 bottle package for keto for the regular per bottle is $66.62 (USD). In this order, you will receive 5 bottles for the price of 3 at $199.98. Bringing your total cost per, bottle to $39.97. Also provided is a 90 day risk-free guarantee which allows you to use 2 bottles (takes as directed). Received this on 6/12 and the $59.99 for a detox per bottle and you get one free. which is $29.99 each and sent customer support. 833.639.0221. then I got a call from a Robert on Monday and I explained that this was a scam and wanted money back and I could not take this product. I sent another email on 13th to cancel my order before shipped out. Then they send email I should have talk to my dr before ordering. You will still need to follow the 60 day trail period. Please reach out to us 8/11 to receive that RMA #. Then the email continues. and there is a 2 bottle trail period before we can start process of your refund. Then a Robert calls to explain it has already been mailed out. The employee # is 233. I have to call back for the # to return it when I received the the pills. I thought was up to 3 to 5 working days have not received the product either. Ordered on 6/11. Sent email to cancel on 6/12 when I received the email from them. I will send them another email that I have contacted the post office and have not received the product. I also had gone on line and saw this was a scam. Client Care Customer is -1-833-639-0221. Neither myself nor anyone with access to my credit cards made a purchase from Keto F1. Nevertheless Keto F1 shipped a box of their supplements addressed to me. That's when I went to my credit card statement and realized Keto F1 had fraudulently charged my credit card on two separate occasions, in total over $200.

I had previously never heard of their products; never been to their website; and definitely never authorized them to charge my credit card.

I've since reported the two charges from Keto F1 as fraudulent and have had to close my credit card account.

The company keeps changing names and then gets you with saying that you are getting items free but when you call to cancel say they can't cancel until 60 days. They say they are 100% satisfaction guarantee. They are a scam saying the pills work but they do not and they will not refund your money.

Keto F1 had a very misleading website. I was under the assumption that I was paying $40, then I clicked on next and a payment of $200 had processed without even letting me know beforehand. I immediately called to cancel the order and they said that nothing could be done. That’s unbelievable! They said it had shipped already…within 5 minutes of ordering! I think not! They said nothing could be done until after 60 days had passed. So I had to eat $160 with no way out! If this isn’t a scam I don’ t know what is!
