I thought that was a deal. I purchased after reading the fine print and before I clicked pay 59.99 bottles of cleanse I didn’t approve it so I assumed it wouldn’t be added on. Will my total showed up in an email for 299.99. I emailed them 3 times at shopketoiq.com and no response called a few times and on hold. I called later in the afternoon today at 866-296-5077 at 3/20 pm EST and spoke with Hope 000013 and she said it is not refundable. I told her repeatedly to cancel my order and she said there is nowhere to cancel. Use and return within 45 days. I said no. I will call the bbb and my credit card company. I told her I was not paying for it and would refuse the package if it came.
