When I sent an email asking why I continued to receive the product even when I had not asked, this is the reply:

I continue to receive their product and cannot locate from where the money for the product is being withdrawn. I have cancelled credit cards, contacted the company, cancelled any recurring payments, and still the product shows up on my doorstep.

Makes me very unhappy and angry.

It was on Facebook and used Kelly Clarkson as the celebrity who used the gummies. I thought if she used it must work.

I ordered the keto bites. The correct keto bites are vista brand is what I ordered they tell me I didn’t and that they refunded me half of the order but I still c a charge on my account I just spoke to customer support and told her these are fake they have No ingredients to help lose weight they are a fake she hung up on me I wanted to show the ingredients but would not let me take another photo so I’m looking for my money back. And I can’t get on the site to remove my card Please help [email protected]. Thank you The number I called was 1 888 551 7669 the name of the company is buyaetherpro that’s the name that comes up for my bank

I initially ordered the keto gummies in July 2023 with getting 3 bottles (buy 1 get 2 free) for $59.99. Since I ordered they have drafted $239.99 out of my account. (3 months x $239.99 = $719.97. I tried to report this through my bank with no luck! PLEASE STOP THESE SCAMMERS! I've even cancelled the card I used but they are still drafting the $239.99 out.

I went to the web site that I could get one bottle of keto bites. I brought 3 bottles should have been 39.00,but they charge me 239.99 for six bottles and I only order 3. Now they ran my credit card tonight again and I have not order anything else.

I thought I was only buying a certain amount for 39.99 ended charging my bank account 129. When I called the phone number they said they had no such account or order. I have put a notice to my bank fraud department that I amount I was charged is not right and that it's a scam. Waiting to hear back from bank. So discussed and annoyed. I was never shown the total amount before the order went through. I entered my information and then boom my bank calls regarding a suspension activity and then I got my confirmation email from the keto care department with a confirmation number and the amount. Not right at all this website needs to be shutdown

KetoBites ACV Gummies - Website promised a free bottle! You had to put in your cc #. In 5 seconds a charge for $239.99 appeared on my bank statement. My bank thought it might be suspicious, so they declined the charge. I called the customer service number and was told that they "couldn't find the order." The very next day, the charge AGAIN appeared on my bank statement. This time the bank let it go through and I am out $239.99! I disputed the charge with the bank, and they have researched this fraudulent company and refunded the money to me. Now today, I receive a bag full of their product! Well according to the FCC, as I didn't order this, I don't have to pay for it. I'm keeping it.

When I ordered 1 bottle of the Keto+ ACV Gummies the company deceptively ordered 6 bottles...more bottles than I actually ordered. To make it worse the charge is recurring and they would charge my credit card every other month! I called the company and they would not accept a return or make an adjustment...attitude was just too bad for me! But there is hope against this scammer company... you can contact your credit card company and report the scam. They will refund your credit card and investigate the scam. They advertised on Instagram as the official keto bites gummies originally advertised on "Shark Tank" show. And they are not.
Lesson learned, buyer beware!

I read the product information...sounded like a good promotion...ad states if you buy 3 bottles for $39.99 you get another 3 free. I got a email confirmation and it showed $39.99 x 6 bottles for $239.99... I tried contacting the website right away and told them that this was not correct and after further investigating I found out it was a scam that just been done before to other people and I contacted him again through email and tell him I wish to cancel the order do not send it and this was before Monday when the money would be taken out of my account I tried it two three times calling the number that was provided on their website and got no response other than it was some other business or something... I have since sent three more emails to them requesting a cancellation of the order and refund of my money and not have heard anything.

Advertised on Instagram as the official keto bites gummies originally advertised on "Shark Tank" show. And they are not. I did receive the product but realized it was a fake and I called to get an RMA which I did get after several calls and hangups. They have now had the returned products for 9 days (I mailed priority trackable mail) and now I call the same number they say to call for Customer Care and the calls go unanswered and you have to leave a message and then they do not return your calls.
