I read the ad on YouTube, clicked for more info. Purchased what was advertised for $39. Was charged 6x the amount plus another charge of $79 totaling $320. Called many times to only be put on hold with no answer.

Now they’ve charged me another $320

I ordered a bottle of gummies for $59.99 with a free bonus bottle. Then my credit card company fraud dept called me about a $119.49 charge in addition to the $59.99. They said it would probably drop off so I did nothing. Then I checked and they had charged both amounts. When I called they said the extra charge and order were implied as was a commitment to a membership for future orders. I disputed the charge and they said my bank would have to call them with me on a 3 way call to resolve the conflict. I never got a receipt. I made a screenshot of the order confirmation (sans amounts) but when I attempted to bring it up later, it said “not found”. I have no documentation about the order or charges. This is a scam. They use Shark Tank and Kelly Clarkson but this is fraudulent.

I was using instagram and there was an offer for some slim fusion keto gummies, I did place an order that state I would receive 2 bottles for a total of $59.98 however in checking my account I was charged $119.49 and then a second charge for $49.68 so I feel like a I was totally scammed by this company. They also do not give a phone number so that you can file a complaint. I have received several text messages from different companies in which to email them like buy premier brands, and the vitamin place but they don’t take phone calls. This is a total scam so beware.

An add on Facebook for Royal Keto Gummies looked very convincing with Oprah Winfrey as the spokes person. I signed up for the free trial. I received the product but it did nothing. Turns out I signed up for a subscription for 5 bottles each month for $198. There is no way to contact the company to cancel. I had to contact my credit card company to report fraud. They investigated the 2nd shipment but, since I received the product they determined it was a valid purchase. I had that card canceled and a new one reissued to prevent any future transactions. Now Royal Keto Gummies is emailing me that they are reporting me to their fraudulent department because they sent another shipment but my credit card company denied payment because it was suspicious.

Advertised product for $39.99. In very small print it indicated that this price was per bottle. The offer was buy 3, get 2 free, so even at $39.99 for 3 I was overcharged. The company name on social media was different than the name of the company on the credit card bill and different again from the return address on the package.

I received an email saying here's what I ordered for $199.88. I thought it was a scam, so I did nothing. Later, when I was balancing my checkbook, I saw that exact amount was taken out of my checking account and labeled as this KD7*PREMCHK8662398717". I immediately went to the bank to try and resolve this, but they said it will take at least 6 months and I will have to close my checking account and bank card and start all over. I did not want to do that as of right now. I sent an email to the address that the information came from (sent as reply) and said I did NOT order this, I wanted my account credited back the whole amount of $199.88, I spoke to the bank and thought this was all a scam that is why I didn't reply to any emails. I did NOT receive any packages with keto gummies and I wanted all my information removed from any lists that I was on. I have copies of the emails and tried to call the phone number, that is attached to the email, but says unavailable. I have not received any further emails or calls from this. So, now I'm asking for your help to get all my money back $199.88. I tried to do the claim, but I have no information about the company - no address, city, state, zip, so it wouldn't let me leave those blank. Here is the email - Order Number

I kept seeing this ad show up on face book about these keto gummies. Because I take apple cider vinegar daily I thought these gummies would be great as I wouldn’t have to swallow vinegar. I ordered the gummies then was surprised to see they charged for two more bottles of something else I didn’t order. I tried to call the company to stop the delivery and was upset to find out their number and email did now work! I just accepted the extra charge and bottles, learned my lesson. Fast forward a couple days, when I checked my credit card statement I was charged an additional $198 us for me is was $272 Canadian (where I live) they kept my credit card number and charged me and didn’t have my approval and I did not receive anything!

Pls beware!!!

This product was advertised for weight loss. I received what I ordered which was product from SANA TRU AL5 for $59.95. When I got my statement both this charge and the other from a different company for 198.98 were on the statement. I was unable to get any contact information from my Credit Card company and they have denied my claim.

I saw an ad for Keto gummies advertised by Garth Brooks and wife. It said $39.95 for first order. I selected that. Then it asked if I wanted a cleanse. There was no place to say no. When I looked at bank account they charged me for 5 bottles and the cleanse. Now this all happened 2 hours ago. I called my bank to see if they could cancel pending charge and they said no. I called the number listed and they disconnected about 5 times before I finally talked to someone. She said they can not refund my money but could give me half. I said I didn’t want half I wanted to cancel the order. I swore. I know I shouldn’t have but I was so mad. She hung up on me. I decided I better cancel debit card in case they decide to send every month. The bank said I can try to dispute the charge which I will. How many other people have gotten ripped off?!?!? How stupid am I to do this? Can you do anything about the company? Thank you!

Keto gummies are fake. Then a month later they tell you that you have agreed to a subscription under the terms and conditions. Therefore, they charge you $199.99 for 5 more bottles of the gummies. Never saw that I had a subscription. The order was intially placed on Feb 24. March 24 they put the $199.99 charge on my credit card because I am out of the 30 day window. Because February has 28 days & I called on March 24, that is only 28 days. Anway I never ordered any more of this fake product in the first place. It is a scam!!!!

Crossfire Apple Cider Gummies sold Keto weight loss products, but when I went to return them, the address was at the parking lot of a Walmart in Marysville, OH. 491A Colemans Crossing Blvd, Marysville, OH 43040. I have had alot of run around with limited resolution. I spoke with Ella on 1/11/23 and 2/24/23 with Athena. I just want to warn that this company is scamming people for money.

These scammers are portraying the luxe acv gummies product by using Oprah Winfrey online in the weight watchers advertising so it's very believable at first clever too. Offering the product for 5 bottles at $39 but after you check out your receipt for price at my email my cost was $195 tax added exact cost $198.78 didn't receive a phone number in email to contact them or on website theirs none should have known from that!! They make it really look real. Guess we all are just sitting ducks for these people! Though I wasn't one to get scammed. Beware your never to smart.
