I was on Facebook and seen kelly Clarkson gummies from shark tank . I thought that's what I was ordering, I got 2 bottles of KETOIQ gummies for 127.99. I finally got ?some body on the phone and they gave me a tracking number to return the bottles. They wouldn't refund the first package and then they had the nerves to charge my card again and send another 2 bottles and said the order was on auto fill but it was not. I call the number again but now the number is disconnected. Still waiting for my refund. It sad that we are getting scammed out of our money and the real product.

I placed one order for 239.98 but the receipt read 299.98 because a colon cleanse was added. I did not order a 59.99 colon cleanse. A few days later I received another order for $239.99. Another order came perhaps, 3 weeks later for $239.99. I tried emailing about the errors but the emails continued to bounce back. I called the 866 number and requested the subscription be canceled. The person who answered said she'd forward my request to the financial department.

I ordered Keto IQ but not the Detox. I saw I was charged for the Detox and called within 5 min of seeing the charge. They would not refund. The website says that money back guarantee within 30 days. I called within that period and was told that they don't give refunds so I called back one day after the 30 days but 30 days before the 30 days and they said it was 31 days after the purchase date so they don't give refunds. Don't ever order from this company.
