I purchased a "free trial" of two products, that I was only required to pay the shipping and handling on. I see that Friday, 4/5/2019, the company debited my bank account twice, in the amounts of $89.72 and $89.93 for a "membership" to receive their product every 30 days. I never ok'd this. There is no account log-in page for me to even see what they are saying I agreed to! The website provided gives you this phone number that you HAVE to call to cancel or request a refund, that only gives you a survey to complete, or a chance to enter a "sweepstakes" to win prizes/money. I have rang their number 100+ times Friday, and today since they say they open at 9am. I believe the person has my number blocked now, as it only rings once and then the call fails. I NEVER wished to sign on as a monthly member of their products. I had to go as far as to destroy my current debit card, and had another printed with my bank. I did try calling from another phone line, and again, just a survey phone number, no one live, not even an outgoing message answers where I could possible leave a detailed message. I have emailed them 3 times now, with no response. I fear I have fallen prey to a click-bait, web scam! I have the charges disputed with my bank now. This is not right, and I want to save anyone else from going through what I am currently going through.
