SCAM! Fraudulent charges.

I ordered this and they charged me an additional $60 for a detox pill that I didn't want. I immediately canceled and they would only return $50 of the $160 that they took from me. I thought that I was in the clear of this terrible purchase and they charged me again for another $100! They then tried to cancel and only give me back $50 of that. I challenged it with my credit card and the cancellation miraculously happened on their end. They need to be shut down!

Buyer beware of Keto Start Brands

I contacted the company after taking product 20 days from receiving product with no results to return product for a refund. I was told they could not offer refund because it was not within 30 days of the actual purchase and that they had already billed another 5 bottles to my credit card. Why in the world would i need a 5 month supply every 30 days. The product doesn't work and they have an open line to your credit card once they have it. I requested to make a return of the second shipment that i still have not received. I notice the email says i have 15 days from today to get the product i still have not received back to them. I am a Floridian and hate that a company such as this is allowed to do business in my wonderful state.

I ordered online 2 bottles. I have since now received four more bottles. Charged to my account but no information comes in the package tad to how much these are or where to send them back. This was several months ago. I am a senior citizen I can remember anything about this transaction but I know I did not agree to continue to receive a monthly shipment! That’s why I only ordered 2 bottles. Please help me fight this company to stop sending me these and get them to stop charging me! I have now 7 unopened bottles of candy.

Keto Start is piggybacking on your friend's Facebook Account

If you follow the link from your friend's Facebook Account, you'll get a confusingly priced product. The site is cleverly, dastardly designed to obscure the cost. As another reviewer said, if you call they do answer but they only confirm YOUR information. Three times when I asked to cancel the order, the reps hung up. Saving grace: once you receive the outrageously-priced product, they do process a return. I'm sending mine back this week and fully expect a RESTOCKING CHARGE!

Terrible customer service for KetoStart

Very misleading advertisement. I ordered by mistake. As soon as I received confirmation email, I realized there was a misunderstanding. I cancelled the product, but was unable to stop shipment. I returned product unopened and received a refund, but was charged $5 per bottle ($30) to restock! I will call my credit card customer service to see if they can help.

I placed an order on FB 5/10/2022 for a "free" bottle of Ree Drummond's product. Clicked on something by mistake and it would'nt let me go back.Next thing I know, theorder was placed for KetoStart-ACV5 for $199 and detox Start-2a for $60. I called to cancell order and get refund on credit card only to be told that the order was already being filled and to return box unopened with RMA# WRITTEN ON OUTSIDE. I took package to Post Office and clerk wrote RMA# ON OUTSIDE. Was told by scammer that it would take about 6 weeks to get refund. I just called today 6/27/2022 and customer support transferred me only to hear a busy signal. I will dispute this with my credit card company.

Clicked on a link that was on a friends facebook page. She is a fitness instructor so I thought that this was legit. Looked at the product and then clicked to possibly purchase. Clicked autofill by mistake becasue it wouldnt let me go back. Next thing I knew, the order was placed and I was charged $199 then $60. I tried to call to cancel this but the lady kept going in circles with script that she was clearly reading. Kept saying she could not cancel. I said that I needed to be refunded and to not send and she kept saying that the order was already being filled and that I could send back if I like but that it was still coming. I will be disputing the charge with credit card.
