This Ketostreams just tried taking $56 off of my debit card. I received a text from my company asking if I authorized it. I said no so it was blocked. This is a scam.

I can't seem to find a phone number to contact them! I can't seem to find an actual address I'm looking they took $56 out of my PayPal account without me reordering anything! And it was supposed to be a free trial in the first place and I end up paying $56 for it! I have no idea what to do! Except cancel my credit card so that they can't do this again can anybody help me with a phone number or an actual address that I can go to I gave them my home address my phone number and my email I did not make an account with them or anything! And they took money out of my account without authorization from me I don't even know how to stop my PayPal from letting them in! If anybody's got any clue on how to help me please help me. My phone number is 323 6444 area code 315. This number works there's don't!

Paypal should refund your money. Call them and file a dispute, especially if it was supposed to be a free trial. Paypal is very good about that. I have a friend who is having the same problem with this company.

Never signed up for this , you taken money out of my account times for $56.00 and now I have an overdraft due to your company.

After seeing advertisements on facebook and shark tank to receive free bottle of ketogenic diet and pay for shipping only, the bottle arrived and it was not the same as advertised. I latter was charged $56.00 on my credit card. I tried to contact the company to find what is going on and told them I did not order a subscription of service. I tried to put a stop payment and it was turned down due to a letter that the company sent my credit card company saying that I signed up for a regular delivery of the products. This is a total scam
