Type of a scam Online Purchase
The company initiated the relationship, calling her first. They then called her back several times with different, and she began discussing the product with a representative (named Justin) and calling him back directly.
After several calls with the company, she agreed to purchase their product and provided credit card information to them. They processed a payment for the agreed-to amount, but she never received the product. After the purchase never arrived, she called Justin back several times but he claims no purchase was ever made, despite mentioning her and her evidence of a processed payment through her bank account.
When she calls the company, they tell her that the call is being recorded and it transfers her to someone in the company. They have repeatedly claimed that she has no order through them based on their system, but she has the reference for a purchase on her account for the exact value which they claimed the purchase was.
