Today, I received an email with a tracking number for the product, so I checked my credit card, and sure enough, it had been run again, and the transaction was pending. I called the fraud department but they said they can't do anything until it is out of pending. So I called the number on the tracking number email. The woman who answered informed me that if I had read the Terms and Conditions I would know that there were no refunds and no money back guarantees. I argued with her, and she told me the website was buyketotrium.com, and she'd never heard of the one I said I'd ordered through. I asked her to talk to someone, which she supposedly did, but she was gone less than 5 minutes. I got offered 50% back. I declined and told her I'd contact the ScamPulse.com and my bank.
I did talk to a woman at the BBB. She tried looking up both websites, and neither was functional. She also could see that both were opened on the same day. So, the entire thing is a scam. I don't know if my bank will be able to get the money back for me.
There are legitimate companies that sell these keto supplements. I did order from one today, but this one, Keto Trium, definitely was not legit. That was a hard lesson.
