Little did I realize I was led to a website that will ship you your "free thank you bottle(s)" as listed from the "thank you survey". At NO instance that this "thank you survey" website did not disclose the 14-day trial charges and a monthly subscription.
Once I got the product, I thought that if I liked it, I would then reorder on my own. HOWEVER, after seeing the "subscription" charges on my credit card for these products, I thought, "Whoa, I didn't see the prices (or any subscription authorizations) on the original website". (oh By The Way, that original website somehow "disappeared" from the web). So now when I tried to call to "complain", they directed me to the "real" website where the disclaimer is (somehow magically) displayed - that's where they trick you! In the "real" website, you will see that the product you allegedly got for "free" is a TRIAL VERSION WITH MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. Fake style news at it's best eh?
So if you see any similar looking website that is similar in format to ketogenicvalley.com - this is (in my opinion) a SCAM company just making $$$. I've found some of the below listed websites that has a very similar webpage from that of the ketogenicvalley.com website:

These are but a few that I found from top searches on the web.
I'm attaching the "receipt" that I got from the e-mail showing only the shipping charges AND NOTHING ELSE indicating my subscription or trial version. (I've omitted my personal info on this copy)
I've also attached one of the bottles that I had used with their information on it. They won't return e-mail despite using my settings to "confirm delivery and read options". I eventually called to "cancel" my subscription after several "no's" asking me for a discounted prices on their products for a subscription fee.
So, in summary, after reading all of the "keto diet" scams from this area, It appears that this is another scam where we all lost our $$$ to these companies.
So if you think a website for a product and the OFFER is "too good to be true" check the weblinks. At least "record or screen shot your purchase sessions" as a backup to prove that you were scammed. Maybe that way, someone would be successful to file a lawsuit (class action lawsuit???. Definitely I will look into considering this option)
